Throughout all of 2015 and 2016 I worked on a series of thirteen women’s self help modules for a UK-based charity that aimed to engage with women throughout North Africa and the Middle East that were:
a) struggling with mental health issues, and
b) couldn’t get access to any sort of help in their local communities.

This show reel piece is a time-lapse of the workflow from one of the modules: this starts with the filming on old Sony HVR Z1 cameras (filming in 1080i), right through to the finalised output.
